Reason Why FitKid

Fitness now a day’s became a very common thing as we can see that obesity rate is increasing all over the world at a very fast rate, and its only because of the thing that technology has made people lazy now all the one need is to sit and surf the internet all work will be done without going out of the home.
These things has also changed the scenario of a child behavior as I know that when I was in teenage is use to play a lot outside the home with my friends but now a day’s kids are busy with the gadgets all they need is the phone. Now a 3-4 years child can open the YouTube by himself without anyone’s help even parents don’t ask them to go out for playing. These things are the main reason that we see many of the children’s getting obesity and also they healthy eating habits of children’s are missing Mom’s also cook the food which a child demand like Noodle’s , Pasta, burger or all the mom’s do is order the Fast-food from restaurant’s.
Similar was the case of my nephew last summer breaks he came to my home and I was surprised when I saw him as he has gained a lot of fat and he had no control on his eating habits he even was not able to sit on ground easily for a 2-3 minutes as sitting for long duration will result in his lower back pain which occurred only due to his over weighed Body. He wants to lose but he doesn’t have someone to guide him what to eat, the only reason for losing his body fat was his body shaming in front of his friend.
So I started training him till the time he was there with me he started with the body weight of 82kg and within a month his body weight was 76kg.
Things that we did at a very first stage
1      . Checked the body BMI, BMR and daily Calorie needs.
2       . Diet plans
3      . Workout plans 
           . 5 basic habits to be followed for more calorie burn.
5      . Detox drinks
. Healthy cooking
